Released Orbits4 - latest version of Orbits now available - 05/23/2007

AMB’s mission is to continually develop the most reliable and easy-to-use automated timing system. Software development is a critical element in this goal. AMB has been working very hard in the last months to develop the sequel of the Orbits3 software. After extensive development and testing, we are proud to announce the release of the Orbits4 timing software.

The Orbits4 timing software has been improved in several ways and the most important new feature is the possibility to time your races with a multi loop based system. This implies that you can have several timelines on your track which you can use all together. Some other new features are the following:
- Automatic pop-up of creating a Back-up each time you close down the program
- Special system setup page to create your exact track situation
- Improved user interface
- Improved wizards for easy operation of the software program
- Possibility to print out section times and upload section times to MyLaps.com website www.mylaps.com
- Built in prevention of system to go on standby or sleep mode
- Export passings information to web page
- Export lap times to CSV or TXT file
- Possibility to run a timing system setup check to look at the performance of the system
- Live section times in result screen on the timing page
- System setup for maximum of 8 timelines
